If it is just a regular screw, most hardware stores should carry a replacement (probably metric) screw. Take the carb in with you to make sure you get the right screw.
If it is a specialty screw, say like the air adjustment screw/needle -then trying to find that type of part is very hard.
I have the hardest time locating internal parts.Here is a used one for parts I found on Ebay.

If i am reading correctly you just stripped the head out not the threads correct?
If so you need to go to a local repair shop and ask them if you can go through there bone pile. Most shops have these. You should be able to find one that will fit. You could also try a small engine repair shop (lawnmowers etc. ) They usually have carbs lying all around and should find a screw that will fit. I have done that before, I used an impact driver to get it out. or worse case cut a slot in the head and use a impact driver.
