wow jeffie a couple of years doing this, you have more patience
then i have all jokes aside
i would look into the fuel enrichment (choke) not working, shutting off the extra gas after a few minutes of running. these things go bad alot and always don't work like they should
you can unplug the choke wires, take carb off, take choke out of choke base, then take screws out of choke base that screws into the carb, get a piece of gasket material cut it to fit and put it between the three little O-rings and the carb, tighten back down, put choke back in base put carb back on but LEAVE THE CHOKE WIRES UNPLUGGED.
this is not hard to do but it is something you can try and it is not a permanent fix its just blocking choke off,i ran mine for about six months before weather got cold and needed a choke then i converted to manual.there is info on here about that.
also i would go to service manual mini buggy in forum index
and download the carter talon service manual it will work for you and give your buggy a valve adjustment to,this is not hard to do either just takes a little longer the first time.
the valve adjustment is just common maintenance
wow i sure am windy i guess i'm trying to dodge going out side in this darn heat.
hope this helps some pud _________________ 2006 sunl 150b
