BEWARE of the 400cc Go kart company old XATV, Yambuggy,TJ400

Hello All, This is a update on the 400cc company over here in China. As you know last year we started to carry the 400cc again after finding the company over here in China. The company assured me that the name XATVUSA was there trade mark and so on. We put the pictures back on our site and then the sh!@ hit the fan. Awesomebuggy along with ever other person carrying these go karts was named in the suit. I could go on but I will make this short and sweet. I am posting this because I care about future buggy buyers and do not want them to get screwed.

The 400c factory is going out of business. The owner has been trying to dump the company for months over here only to find no one wants his legal issues in the US. The US branch ( High Rev Powersports) and his manager Andy Huang are trying to dump there US inventory on anyone who will buy it. If you see a 400cc from any company in the US they all come from this factory. They are selling 2007's as 2008's, selling in States they are not supposed too. Etc, etc, etc. They do not have any parts manuals for there Go Karts, no parts department, no tech support (TJ's techs can't even get the proper help), and now no sales staff because the staff do not want to be involved with there practices and they screwed them out of all there commissions as well.
I do not make a practice of slamming a company on this forum but this has to stop and this company needs to go back to where they came from. Do not buy any of there products from anyone. They will not honor there warranty or even have the part to fix it. All your money down the tubes. This includes the 400cc from TJ Powersports. Sorry Holmes, your friend Mr. Zhang is a snake and a thief.

dave, does this also reflect the same on QuickSand Performance(Omar Deen)? the new Yamabuggy?

ric, from what i was told, a year ago, john wong was an owner of XATV, the orginal yamabuggy. but, as much BS i've heard over the past several months, i dont know who's who with that outfit. Rolling Eyes

No Bedo this does not affect the new Yamabuggy. It comes from a different factory.

Thanks Dave, thats why I and many others have held out on carrying the 400cc. Glad you got the scoop on all this.
