I finally finished my fenders, bodypanels and roof. I used a snowmobile hood, Honda front fenders, Polaris rear fenders, aluminum diamond plate roof and cargo deck, polycarbonate sides and graphic decals to finish it off.
I also cut the frame and widened it ten inches where your knees go. I moved the gas tank to the side to make room for camping gear on the cargo deck. I have a two cubic foot, water resistant glove box.
That is really an AWESOME job! It looks great! _________________ Spyder 250 (KTR-250W, or GK-29)

I must agree that is the best custom body job I've seen to date. I wonder how my carter would look with a custom body like that?? _________________ 06/07 GSX 150 Carter Talon

Unfourtunately, the headlight on the hood does not work yet. I wired it up and it was about as bright as a lighter.
The metal roof rattled a little at first. I put a strip of electrical tape between the two metals to stop that.
The foot area is all closed in. I used a couple black plastic $5 concrete mixing pans from Lowes for in front of my feet, and for the glove box. I used a small black plastic landscape pond cut in half for the inner fenders. I can now splash through puddles without getting a lap full of muddy water.
The seats are extremely comfortable. I found them on Craigslist for $60. They are from a Honda Del Sol.
The 10" wider frame around my knees is much more comfortable. I have attached a picture of the interior.
I went to Brimstone http://www.brimstonerecreation.com/ for Memorial Day weekend. We saw a lot of Rhinos and RZRs, but everyone stared at my buggy and asked "What is that?"
