Actually I think we've been here before. Every now & then BN 'prunes' the member list and deletes the names who haven't visited in months. Many (most?) forums never do this--they're more interested in displaying huge but unrealistic member counts. _________________ _________________

i like to keep it real too, if people dont sign on in months they should get maybe an email saying you are about to get deleted and it they dont reply delete them. it might just be taking up names for new users that will log in. _________________ Blade 150DX

Don't get too stoked on the whole thing. Most of the users have never posted. I go through these specs every now and then for a reality check.
In fact as of right now there are 2527 users who have never posted.
There are 448 Users who have only posted once.
1058 Users have posted more than once but less than 10 times.
2527+448+1058=4034 Users have posted less than 10 times.
204 Users have posted 100 times or more....
On the surface these look like bad numbers, but they're not.
It's not just the number of total users you have but the number of active users we have... That 204 number is a big deal. The number of users who reach the 100 post level has been steadily growning since I've been on here. I've been on here for a year and half now.
We're growning and growing at a good, steady rate. Slow and steady wins the race. _________________ Chris Dierkens

Some just don't have anything they want to contribute but they still come here to learn. That's a good thing and it's what we're know for.
I know there's more than one member out there with several expensive buggies, attends the bashes and rides often. VERY into the hobby. Only 2 posts. Maybe they'd rather be out riding than inside typing  _________________ _________________
