MRP has done it again!
We now have a 300cc cylinder kit with forged piston that was R&D'd on a Sahara 250 (Blade/Kinroad/Runmaster). I imagine it will also work on the HH250 but we haven't tried it yet.
We have a couple kits coming in, in the next week or so.
Check out the promo video.
This one is HOT!!!

Will it fit the Dazon engine, which is a CN250? I'm seriously (if i can get my buggies performance upgrades done and in great working condition) thinking about this. Also, I was looking at JE's piston upgrade to 300cc for the CN250 and they recommended putting a dual fan radiator on, what's your take on this?? Thanks a lot Tom.

Great news Tom! MSRP looks a bit steep.. You'll have to let us know how it works. Maybe test it in stages. Just the kit, the kit + carb, + bigger valves, + exhaust etc.

Ya, a bit pricey but that piston looks really nice! Unfortunatly, my 250 is in the middle of a major overhaul, testing some other parts right now so we haven't had a chance to test this ourselves. I would expect to have to go to a larger exhaust and carb to get the most out of it. Maybe even do the valves and head too.
Can't wait to test it out though! I've got a couple hills here in PA that have been calling my name! Need more HP and front weights to keep the nose down!

That is cool Tom. Can you let me know which BLADE it was tested on please. As you know we have 2 250 models and the configuration is different. I am thinking it would have been the 250XT not the XTX, but let me know...

I love bigger CC's

Stu

Install video went up yesterday. 2 part series. Wish they would have detailed the cam timing proceedure. Maybe that can be their next video!

Stu,

It has not been tested on the CF moto 250 as of yet. I spoke with MRP on this and they told me I was welcome to give it a try. So that eliminates hammerhead also. But I am all for you being the test dummy Stu! Let us know how it works

That's the way to get him to do it... Call him a dummy up-front.
I'm just playing around... That's one nice looking kit.

At $600+ it better work well.
An extra 50cc on a 250cc is a 20% gain in displacement. I wonder what kind of HP increase there is?

20%?? Probably have to port and polish to get enough airflow to take advantage of the extra cc, if it works. Can't wait for somebody to review it.

My next buggy is going to have an extra 550cc!

How much is that thing?
That Polaris is looking more like a buggy with every generation and mod package.
