For the time and expense, the better option would be the turbo. It will give you good results whereas the new motor will take adapting and modifying.

Your comparing apples and oranges. The turbo 800cc will cost about 2500 and bolt on with no effort and give you about 50 to 60 HP depending on who you listen to. The Hyabusa puts out three times the HP but will cost 4000.00 for the engine another 2500 for the rearend, probably another 2000 for misc parts to make it all work plus a huge amount of fabrication. And then after all of that the frame probably wont hold the HP. Go with a turbo or sell the chinese cart and buy one with a hyabusa already installed.

If you have the time, tools and ability there are alot of cool plans out there to put a hyabusa in. Check out minibuggy.net. You will still be surprised how much it will cost, even with a donar bike but it will certainly be one nice ride and if you do a good job you can probably sell it later to get most or all of your investment back.
