can anyone tell me how to adjust this goes in reverse real easy but is a pain to get it back in forward and also the reverse gear box does it have oil or grease in it that has to be changed or added to?

on your shifter you will notice a 12mm bolt sticking out with a spring attatched to it. loosen that bolt about 1/4 round.
you need to have your reverse assy packed full of hightemp bearing grease. you can use multipurpose but it slings out easier.

cool tyvm! how do i go about packing the grease is there something i have to take apart?

i just take one of the 12mm bolts out of the reverse assy and press the tip of my grease gun firmly against it
