The police are around.....somewhere. They actually do not care. I have driven right past them and they do nothing.
About the horn, If you do not honk the horn someone will step out in front of you or come out of a side street and hit you. Watch the other video of me driving to the test track and watch me almost nail a farmer in his three wheeled cart. No one stops for a stop sign. OH Wait! there are no stop signs. Road rules are simple, TO EACH HIS OWN!! GO AHEAD AND HIT ME, I DARE YOU!!! That is the way over here.
