My 2006 250cc Joyner Sand Viper started overheating after a long drive. I checked the radiator coolant levels in the radiator and the reservoir. The levels in both appear to be fine. What other things can cause this kart to overheat? Thanks for your help!

One of the new guys!

My dealer told me they had a few problems with that and he said the fans would not stay on all the time. My 2008 is set from Joyner to stay on all the time.

I am not sure if this will help you but I hope it does.

Otherwise make sure the coolant is circulating.

Z
