Mine is slightly bent, and I'm not sure it has leaks. Since it only takes 2 business days to get parts from Baja, and i like the reserrve tank feature I'll replace mine if need be. Hey Monk your in Nevada do you get your parts in 2 days?

John I might be have major problems. I thought I toasted my clutch now I'm not sure. As soon as I start my cart it wants to move. It jumps and bucks when I'm at a stand still with my foot on the brake, and very sluggish. I know you had an reverse gear box issue are these the same symtons. Also I've been meaning to ask you, since you have a reaction too. Have you put any thought in modifying , or adapting their tie rods to the dune, because I have. I mean everything you've busted so have I even though we ride in different terrain its seems to be equally taxing on the suspension.

Guys I am bummed my first 3 day weekend since x-mas, and the buggy may not touch the dirt. New shocks just a great ride, Is there a support group when thiis happens. Sad Sad

Greg

Before you buy a new clutch take out your variator and see if any of the rollers is cocked sideways. This forces the belt out farther on the drive pulley which in turn makes the driven pulley spin faster--which then engages the clutch.

GMAN,
On that petcock, my suggestion would be watch it close the next time you ride, and double check that yours isn't leaking. This seems to be a prob and could be very BAD!!

I have not ordered anything from Baja. I have EMROCK atv here in Reno and Greg is a great guy to work with on manufacture parts, other than that most my performance parts come from BIGE.

Oh ya, and I hear you on the no buggy for the 3 day weekend. In fact I haven't drove mine for 3 weeks now. Only place I know to solve the buggy fever is here. If you cant ride it, then you might as well read up on a mod and have a project to do instead.
