This will be my third summer on the 800...
I have not done any major Modifications like some here, but when something breaks, I try to fix it right. I have done some of the performance mods like lower gears, exhaust, jetting, axles, strapped shocks etc. Mostly with advice from members here.
I just finished running a short 10 guage wire from the winch to the ignition and bypassing the smaller original ignition wire. It made a huge difference, started right up. I also moved the vacuum hose to the secondary jet, which opens the secondaries up sooner. It now revs faster than it used to.
Thanks to everyone for the advise.
I keep expecting the worst to happen from this 4000.00 chinese built machine, but I am always happily suprised! 
This is my third summer, and it runs better and stronger than when I originally bought it, thanks to many memebers here.
I am hoping everyone has a great summer of riding ahead of them

I HAD NOT BEEN ON ANY TYPE OF MACHINE(BESIDES JETSKI'S) SINCE I WAS 17... I'M 38 NOW.
EVEN THEN ... I DID'NT WORK ON'EM ... MY BROTHER & FRIENDS DID. I JUST GOOFED AROUND & STARED AT THEIR GIRLFRINDS.
YOU GUYS HAVE HELPED ME OUT ON MANY THINGS SO FAR & HOPEFULLY SOOOOO MUCH MORE. I'M "STILL" A SAVANT AT MECHANICS & I HAVE FAIRLY BAD LUCK ON PURCHASES.

haha thats exactly the same thoughts I have... I beat on my buggy pretty hard on a regular basis and Im still suprised how well it holds up. I hope I get as many years of fun out of it as you have so far. good luck and thanks for helping me in the past

With my upmost agreeance and thanks to "Buggynews" and especially Chris & mike "slimefink". When prior to purchasing my 800cc in Jan. 2006. I ventured through many of sites looking for any info on this pretty much rare buggy. Every time something popped up Chris would somehow be involved in that post with helpful info.

Hey Chris,
and thanks to you as well. You are always the "VOR" (voice of reason) when things get in an uproar. Though I no longer have my 800, this site has been a lot of help to me as well.
