Best Main Jet Size To Use

Hey Gang,
Well, I'm finally breaking down and putting a new Dr. Pulley Variator, UNI Filter and new jets in my 2005 and 2006 Twister 250HH's. I'm at sea level and run these dawgs out at the desert, so I was wondering what the best Main Jet size would be.

Any other tips or advice is gratefully accepted.

i would say start with a 127 jet but that is just my opinion im about 500ft above sea leven and im at a 130
