I want some new tires for my joyner but I'm not sure what size i want to get. Right now I'm running the take-off tires from my kawasaki mule 610(24-8-10 front 24-11-10 rear) I love the way it looks but I liked the way the 22" felt power wise. What do you think 24" or 22" I think I'm gonna drop the front down to 23" also because these are not the best tires for turning. Keep in mind i still have yet to put my spring and rollers in. Sad I also have the lower gear from glade but not sure when thats going on.

Pep Boys has the Carlisle Bad Land tires on clearance right now. 22x11-10 for only $25 each. Sweet deal. If you don't need the additional ground clearance, go with the 22's.

I have the same buggy and like the low end power. I have 23x8x10 on the front and 22x11x10 the rear. I really like the combination. I can turn my steering wheel stop to stop and the tires won't catch the body. I bought Interco Swamp Lites. They are 6 ply and traction is impressive. Back tires are heavier than Mud Lites, front weigh about the same.

Do the clutch modes and the intake exhaust modes before you swith the tires. If you get as much from them as I did the tires you have will be perfect.

I'm just waiting on the parts. I ordered new 15 gram rollers ,clutch springs, torque spring and belt.

Were you happy with your Joyner ? So far I'm not. Confused

My 250 wasnt a Joyner. The only Joyner I have owned is a 650 and yes I have been very happy with it. It has far exceeded all my expectations so far. The 250 I had was called a new star and it was amazing how much putting in new sliders, clutch spring, exhaust and intake helped it. It went from no low end and a top speed of 35 to 38 to spinning the tires every time I took off and a top speed of 51 mph. You probably wont get those type of numbers from a joyner because for a 250 they are very heavy, but it will definatly wake it up.

I built my own from a motorcycle exhaust. It was pretty loud two. If you have already done the exhaust the uni and rejet it should make a big difference already. Are you not seeing any results? What changes has it made in performance?

It was already done when I got it. I bought it not running. Found that the rings were stuck. So I bought a piston @ rings .
The place I got them checked the cylinder and honed it. I was all fired up, because as soon as I put it back together, it fired right up. Just barely tough the key and it starts. I have checked the valves twice. Just not what I expected. Creeps from the start and top end probably less than 30mph.
