I finally got started. I am building a 150cc buggy for my son. I want it to be bigger than his 50cc but smaller than a normal 150cc. It will be a single seater, independent rear, high torque buggy.

Jabo, you could maybe do something like this, try to intersect the braces etc were another tube ends....Not sure if this is the optimal way, but i wouldn't be affraid to put my kids in it....
