I cant seem to download the file----why???

It just worked for me. I cut and pasted the address into the browser. It's a large download due to it being made from pictures of the pages. I think it's something like 32meg.

If you still can't get it let me know and maybe I can attach it to a post for you. In the meantime try this link.
