Any A-hole that posts stuff on Craig's list with a court battle in tow is just asking for retribution... Especially when they blast someones personal business on a public forum... Just plain poor etiquette and poor business ethics.
That go-kart on Craigslist is the the go-kart I took to Lake Norman Extreme Sports for warrenty work, there is a case that was filed in Georgia court about 4-6 months ago over that kart

Still waiting to contact them. I sent an email but they are closed on Monday. I wouldn't touch that thing with a ten foot pole after what I went through, but I will give Mr. Larcomb a chance to tell me his side of the story.
I talked to Mr. Larcomb today about the go-kart. He has been nice enough to hold on to it a bit longer well I try to clear up the problems we have had with that thing.
