I got the welder from a firend who was cleaning out there garage. Its a 50amp arc. I tired it with 1/8", and 3/32" but it didnt work to well, but I have some 1/16" and 5/64" and works great.

I took the old stlye handle off for a newer alligator one from Lincoln electric. As soon as I get better and I put the 220v in my garage I am going to get a buzzbox or crackerbox. Here are some pics-

Old handle

New handle

Ground clamp

1/16" E6013 1 1/4" angle

Same rod 22g sheet metal

Monkey Wards welder. I haven't seen one of those in years. Looks like you've got some practice to do. Keep with it. Welding can be more of a talent/skill than anything else.

Nice, Keep practicing... Its all about getting your arc going and keeping your movements even and cooridinated and then make beads
