Look Dudes.....I have, in the past sold CRAP!!! I admit it. I at one time was a Roketa and SUNL dealer.....for a very short time. I signed up, bought a few karts, sold em to customers, and in the end, wound up buying the karts back, refunding the money, and just taking a loss. That's just me. I promptly quit selling these products. If I know that it's junk, I won't sell it and will move on to something that I know is good...something people are happy they bought. Some dealers won't do that....they'll lie to you and continue to sell you JUNK, and that they know is JUNK, but they don't care....they just care about the money. Personally I think gokartsusa.com is a JUNK dealer that cares nothing about customer satisfaction. He got his money, his profit, now screw you. In this business, there is service after the sale. If you can't understand that, then you need to find another line of work.

The shameful part is that most of the time as long as the seller makes an attempt to make it right, then the customer will appreciate the honest effort and things work out in the end.
Any company that sells has to be smart enough to setup the business arrangements such that the company that produces the products has and accepts either all or partial responsability when things do go right.

cool! I love the crossfires and their suspension... I believe the crossfire 150 is 2 or 4" wider in the nose than the crossfire 150R. We'll have to check with Krusekontrol to be sure, but if I remember correctly, the dune 150 and the crossfire 150 both had 54" front ends... I think the crossfire 150R has 52" or 50" front end... HUGE difference in where it fits!!! lol
I got the dune 150 and now a crossfire 150R project. I'll get pics of progress as we go along...
ANOTHER UPDATE : MY ATTORNEY HAS CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND EMAILED GOKARTSUSA........ NO RESPONSE .

If your lawer hasnt already pointed this out to you, you may also contact the bbb (better business beareau), and local consumer affairs. If you do a search, you can acutally look up your company that you have an issue with, and it gives consumer ratings and lets you know if the company has any outstanding claims and what not against it...

I applaud your efforts. I had a very similar experiance with Team-moto aka Rob. I have done my best to let everyone know what kind of jerk he is. I am not sure how much good i have done, but I know I have cost him alot more than fixing the problems would have cost. Some people are just liars and cheats, they dont start out with any desire to do the right thing so no matter what you do you cant motivate them to change because they dont have a conscience. You and I feel bad when sombody gets screwed were as the guy your dealing with al and the guy Ive been dealing with Rob are high fiveing themselves and there buddies because they put one over on somebody. I hope you force this guy to do the right thing but in the end you will probably have to settle for just making his life as miserable as you can and maybe protecting somebody else from suffering the same problem by getting the word out. _________________ 2005 Joyner 650 Turbo
