I have seen this play out before on dirt bike forums and the dealers who own up always get more business and the ones who dont own up lose allot of business.

So good luck to you. But I have to say the all caps is annoying to read and I am on your side. It is actually allot harder to read.

If your pursuing a legal angle I would limit the name calling on here and just stick to the facts. I would actually go back and edit your post to describe the issues. A judge will appreciate a professional approach.

I HEAR YA PHAZELAG . HOWEVER A TWIT IS A TWIT , WHEN IT'S 6K DEEP. I WOULD LOVE TO DO MORE NAMECALLING , BUT , HIGHSCHOOL IS OVER.
I WAS CALLED A "BELLY-ACHER" & A "RAMBLER" BY A SO-CALLED SALES MANAGER DUE TO A DETAILED EMAIL.

I WAS ALSO DENIED PARTS & SERVICE DUE TO MY STATING THE FACTS IN THIS FORUM... WHILE THE BUGGY IS "STILL" UNDER WARRANTY.
IN ADDITION ... AL/MIKE TOLD ME , "MAYBE BUGGY NEWS CAN SOLVE YOUR ISSUES". NOW THAT IS "SMART A$$" .

I WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FOR SEVERAL MONTHS... NOW , I DON'T GIVE A FLIP .
I'M SURE BY THE 1200+ VEIWS ON THIS THREAD THAT I HAVE GOT MY MONETARY SATISFACTION ALREADY.... HOWEVER , WE'LL SEE WHAT I MIGHT STILL DO WITH MY LAWYER PAL.

Good luck with the buggy dude. I guess you can give the lawyer problem now, let him fix it for ya!!! lol... Then he'll get paid by the dealer instead of the other way around. Good luck, I hope you get a settlement!!!

I gotta hope that GKUSA will come through and realize they dont have a leg to stand on and finally act like they do care about the end user. it is sad that you had issues with this buggy, brought it to our attention, and then an dealer blames a public information and help site for their failure to come through. The using of a site such as this as a scapegoad for inferior product support is lame and I am really suprised at this from them... It is a shame...
