Heck, up until a few days ago Ric could have bench your buggy with you in it.
I gave up on the Ben Gay long ago. I now use FlexAll 454 and at times Atomic Balm.

Funny - I'm in this age group and rarely even medicate with aspirin. I always wait for things to get worse before taking something and my discomfort goes away...
I thought it was a sign of old age when you start talking about your aches and pains what meds you take?
