that is exactly why I started this post WETSU.
I know Jabo and Guy48065 are pretty busy, but I am sure we will have things going in a couple months for sure!!! It is still 5 months away and we have plenty of time to start an attendance thread and trying to attract dealers and such to the event shouldnt be an issue!!!
As per events, we can make that another thread and see what people want!! Is there a way to make a multi-option poll where you tell someone to pick their favorite 3 items, instead of one? I like the idea of offering like 10 things, and having people select 3. Most of the time you go to any buggy bash or 2 day+ event, the first day is for unpacking and exploring... You dont want to really be involved strictly in events as soon as you get the buggy off the trailer/truck... But day 2 starts and you are looking for new places or things to do... Day three usually means clean-up and of course, the buggy GROUP PHOTO.
If there are any events anyone wants, we should start a separate thread, ask for suggestions and a time-table, and then go from there...
As far as an organizer or event manager or committee should definately have someone down there near St. Joes to be there first before everyone else starts rolling in and make sure everything is prepped and ready to roll. Also, since dealers should be attending (hopefully), should we give them a section kinda like a market place they can set up trailers and such? Or do they just mix in with us?
just a suggestion... When I go to the big car events and such, they usually get their own section just for dealers and vendors and we can roll up to them instead of looking for them in the crowd of cars and trailers... Again, just a suggestion...
I got a bunch of ideas in the brain, but I dont have the time to spew them onto bn.com right now... anyone else have any ideas???
I cant wait!!!!

Last call for pictures for the flyer.......
I only have a few that I have personally taken that I can use. If you have any cool pics, please post them here over the weekend and I'll whip up the flyer Monday evening.
Thanks,

As soon as my tax check gets in I will see what I can pull off. I will have to find something real cheap but durable. I won't be thinking about the looks just the mechanical, and you can shop with me.
