HH250 Removing hub for rear diskbrake

I can not get the hub (holes the rear disk brake rotor) removed from the axle shaft. I'm changing the tire size and I would like to change the sprocket size. I need to replace the bearings no the rear axle also. I have removed the bolt from the hub; it also is keyed to the shaft. I have a puller, should i heat the hub? HELP

have you got it off yet?

you may have to heat it. First you could try spraying the axle and key heavily with PB Blaster or WD-40 and letting it soak, then try your puller while tapping it gently with a hammer.
