Hey everyone!
Im new to the mini buggy seen, but I have been around cars my whole life. I need to know where to buy at least a head gasket, if not a whole rebuild ket for my gk 32 800cc engine. Lower radiator hose came off and cooked it. I LOVE the buggy and would also like more power. Anyone have any experience with cams, porting, ignitions, etc with this engine? Is it worth it? Can I use Geo metro parts? Sorry for all the questions, I am way excited to Dune this thing out!! Very Happy Laughing Cool
Any help would be great. Web sites, catalogs, etc

I can get you parts and preformance upgrades. It is not a geo engine. The engine is made in china for a small car and is not exported to the U.S.. E-mail: spike2@peak.org

Contact West Coast or Donruner (?sp). I believe they are both Joyner Distributers.

You can buy 800cc parts directly from joyner as well, on there web site thunderinc.com. Also I have heard that there head mechanic has put a performance cam forged pistons and several other performance parts on his own buggy so he would probably be able to help you find them.,

Joyner doesn't use the 800cc carb motor anymore...and they told me it will be 4 weeks out for the part to be here...plus they don't even have part numbers for my engine...it has been an adventure trying to get parts...

Thanks TeamHog I will try to get him running.

Van , I have JE pistons building me several sets of forged pistons for the 800 , sure would like to know who built them for the mechanic. Might save me thousands in development fee's. Do you know him?

No I dont know him. A friend of mine knows him and told me about his ride. I am told that he is pushing 100hp out of normally aspirated engine. As far as parts go the bearings should be the same for the injected and the carb motor. I got bearings for my 1000cc at the local parts store, but i WAs able to cross the motor over to the suzuki it was patterened after. the bearings fit perfectly. Van

Awsome buggy has the head gasket on the parts page, would think Dave could get you the stock parts.
