as you all know i have bought the coolster 150cc from www.nationalonlinescooters.com and been happy with the sale, trying to get service or warranty is another story. from day one this thing leaked oil from the valve cover area and found to be a crack in the valve cover. now im able to work on my own stuff as most of you know, (look for my polaris suspension upgrade), and could care less about warranty stuff but i thought i would give the warranty thing a try for less fortunate people. ive been dealing with SIEG at nationalonlinescooters about this cracked valve cover and they finally shipped a new one or what i thought was a new one, when i opened the box i found a USED valve cover and a CRACK in the exact same spot as the original. i sent the VC back to sieg and i tracked it to be delivered 2 days ago. i emailed sieg at www.nationalonlinescooters.com with no reply to my emails yet. so for the less fortunate people who cant fix their own stuff beware of the deadbeat internet salesmen who will just sell something and not stand behind their product or return emails.....
p.s. thanks to the people on this board who do supply us guys parts who are able to work on our own stuff....

We have many great Dealers here and I would love to see every buggy purchased come from any one of them. It might cost a little more up front, but so worth it down the road _________________ DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!!!!!!!!!

sending broken used parts as a repair part under warrany is technically an act of poor faith, and can go a long way in beginning legal action against any company. Not to say you have a lemon, but this is an awful way to build a rapport with a dealer, and a good way to start contacting the BBB, consumer affairs, and other local agencies to that company in getting your issue taken care of, or potentially exposing other issues. Their action of sending you used/damaged parts as replacement is extremely thoughtless and potentially dangerous, should you have installed that part (like those who are not so mechanically inclined would possibly do), and then have a motor detonate from loss of oil or pressure loss. Companies like this should be closed for a month or more and give them time to think about how a business should be run and how customers should be treated after a sale.
Good luck, hope tehre is some resolution for you!!!
Make sure you send them a link to this topic in your next email. With over 4000 members and an average of over 100 posts per day this forum has a very LONG reach. Past crooks have been decimated by the knowledge we make available, as well as the members' combined actions with the BBB, local Attorneys General and other consumer protection agencies. _________________ _________________
