Don't sweat it, I don't really have the green one trail worthy yet (still need quite a few parts) and the wife nixxed the idea of taking both boys.

I would really prefer getting a few more people anyway, this place is big and a little easier to break stuff (helps to have people to tow!) I'm sure Logan would have fun but he might overdo it on the jumps, as I remember it there are quite a few on the main trails. This place is big, and deserving of a good sized group of buggy riders! I was literally going to go buy a compass and use it with the map they give out so I didn't get lost (this time). Having Kenny along would be great, I think he knows his way around this place.

You'll have to try out the "new" dazon. When I got it, I knocked out the spark arrestor and put the Uni on it, it ran just like the other Dazon, which I think runs pretty good. This weekend, I went ahead and (experimented) welded a larger headpipe from a carter or something on there and it made a nice improvement in power. Now this thing smokes my red one Crying or Very sad

That's good, I hated to not be able to ride this weekend. I'm afraid its going to get really cold really quick this year and I haven't got all the riding out of my system like I would like.

I think Kenny knows Turkey Bay as well as he knows Paddy's. It would be really nice to have him along for the directions and his stories. I think Logan would take it pretty easy on the jumps until he really learned the place...then we better watch out. If he gets too out of hand, I'll just take his key away from him and make him watch everyone else for a while.

Does the green one have the climbing power your red one has? That red one is a mountain goat for sure!

nope, it's got more now. I see no reason to re-gear it (unless you only want to climb super duper steep hills all day long and nothing else), it has the same 31 tooth sprocket as the red one, and it has larger tires. It climbs good BUT gets itself moving enough to actually reach top speed, the best of both worlds. Probably tops out around 40. Still no powerhouse but the best running 150 I've seen, better than the twister that I heavily modified. Dazon just has a better head design. Did you know you can get a brand new Dazon 150 in Nashville for $1700? With some cheap exhaust mods and re-jetting you would easily be smoking most 250's (at least the ones I test drove). Kenny said you can pick up warranty returned ones at the local Gander Mtn. for cheap.

I'm there! lets go, there will be a million people there so we will have to figure out where you park!

hopefully I will have both Dazon 150's there (even if I have to bribe someone to drive the other one), the more the merrier!

With it being a week away, we're still planning on going the Friday after Thanksgiving and staying the weekend. Anyone else making plans to be there?

how bout it jessa, will you be riding on Sunday as well? I know the weather is looking like snow or something for Thanksgiving but shouldn't affect Turkey Bay too much with plenty of rocky trails.

Yea we are still planning on being there, we will probabaly ride a little on Sunday before we load up camp, usually don't leave on Sunday till around 11:00, If you guy come down we can stay a little longer, maybe 2:00 or 3:00, It takes us about 3 hours and a time zone to get back home.
