It looks like the floor is steel, is it?

I think something around 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 sch 40 would work well.
or get something with a similar wall. it is pretty heavy though.
What thickness are you using now?

the buggy looks good. How heavy is that steel diamond plate?

Yeah the floor is 2.5mm steel, it will be seam welded in every possable place for added strength in the floor structure. The box tubing that we are using 25mm x 25mm x 3mm thick, will box tubing be strond enough for the role cage? If so that would be good as i can get it for about $3.00 a Meter (australian).

Defiantly go with round on the upper structure, square will make it look terrible, square corners do not look good in this area. I would not use the steel flooring, way to heavy. The side view looks great, keep up the good work.

Round tubing isnt going to do anything for the look now....Once square always square...save your money and run square, build the next one from round.....round tubing is stronger yes, but, when its stacked on top of square what is the advantage in its strength?
