Anyone in Canada been able to get a vin/title for their kit/homebuilt buggies. I would like insure this thing and be able to ride it on crown land. I know with road vehicles the M.T.O. will issue you a vin number and title for kit cars but I can't find any info on ORV/ATV's and my local M.T.O. is about as useless and unhelpful as you could imagine. I would like to take thing on crown land, ATV trails but I don't want tickets for driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle.
