I thought this would be a fun thread. Most of the people I talked to had busted or mamed something on the trip. Just thought it would be fun!
I got a hole in my rear tire, tore off a mudflap, busted tail light, and bent my skid plat into my chain/sprokett. _________________ Worst case senerio: Heaven... I don't see the problem.
I got my SRS250 so deep in water that my cooling fans shorted out and now I am looking for replacment fans.
DEEP WATER is a No-NO for electric fans.
Also had mud shoved up into my oil cooler and thought it was a dead animal, it looked real strange.

I would suggest the fan man. http://www.the-fan-man.com/
I got great service at a good price from him. The spal fan (automotive grade) is way better than stock. There is a function on his website that lets you search by size and airflow direction. You should be able to make something work. I put one of his fans into my stock shroud. I think it was about 60 bucks to my door.

First off, one of the studs that holds the muffler to the block broke. Luckily, there was enough there to grab onto with the vice grips and then I used a bolt to fix that. Then, my reverse cable broke. _________________ Ron

My buggy and Tyler's buggy both survived the weekend without breaking anything. Tyler's throttle was sticking a little by the end of the weekend. I attribute this to all the dust. We are cleaning the carb right now. _________________ Blade 250XT Mods Twister 150 Mods
Baileys back tire came off rim but with Blister's help we got "Boo" back in the game! Thanks Blister!
Hammerhead 250 ran flawlessly- I wish I could say the same for Shad and Dan (Yerfdog Boyz) They have several issues but had fun fixing them.
