This is definitly a bunch of crap. You have to use common sense with these things. Apparently, common sense isn't so common anymore.

If the tire comes all the way over and hits the frame as he says it does then I would be upset with the design also. That to me would be a very scary flaw in that design. But Why has there not been any other accidents like this broadcasted.Did he have someting wrong with this kart.Does anyone else have a kart of this model and does there tires rub the frame when turning. All kind of factors could have happened in this accident.I would like to know where I can get one of those 4 dollar speedometers. I can't stand lawyers. This is one of the reasons small business can't survive in this country. By the way, where do you get a speedometer for four bucks anyway?

There is no personal accountability in this country anymore. So I guess, according to the news (idiots), a 500 lb. four wheeled go-kart can just "suddenly" flip over while driving on flat ground?? There was no user error? Nice.

i added a comment. I wish people like him would find another country to infect. They live in america, and it seems like the american dream has changed in the last 50 years... It is no longer work hard, honesty is the best policy, and all those family values. Now it is get rich quick, sue for everything they got, and get hurt on purpose if it gets your pockets full. In my opinion, anyone who gets hurt doing something stupid/dangerous/lacking common sense, should be thrown in a work program like highway clean-up for a week or two....

I think the woman who sued McDonalds should have been thrown in jail fraud (she dumped her OWN hot coffee on herself and wins how much?????) There are sooooooo many warnings on so many things, people are so sick of seeing them, they dont even bother reading them.... I mean, I looked at a lawn mower yesterday, and it actually had a picture of a hand getting cut up, saying warning, keep hands free of blades... Are you kidding me???? people seriously need a reality check, and everytime a person gets hurt for doing retarded things, lacking common sense or likewise, when they try to sue, the judge should punnish them.

We have a bunch of judges making examples out of the stars for their drinking and drugs now, so why cant we get a judge to make an example out of stupid people?????

Instead of a poll as for whom to blame, it should be a petition to have this idiot and his offspring sent to a school for training in the areas of common sense and normal brain functioning!

I vote no for idiots on buggies!!!

N.I.O.B.---Creating a better sport for mankind NO IDIOTS ON BUGGIES!

im sorry. i didnt see that this was already posted.

also, i find it hard to belive that IF the tire got jamed against the frame, it could lift the rear of the buggy. that means it had enough force to lift: the riders, and the engine. the front shocks whould compress before it flipped.

does anybody know any updates on this story?

Lynch that ambulance chasing dirtbag skeez of a lawyer, and knock some sense into that idiot dad's head. Stupidity hurts. Unfortunately the average consumer is going to end up footing the bill for this @#%@%^@^@^'s frivolous lawsuit. Mad

I believe my buggy wheels will hit my frame in my Dazon 150cc and I know my brother in-laws Maxxam's wheels hits the frame as well BUT you have to really crank the wheel over to do it and well I have hit some sharp turns at around 25-30mph (going downhill into the turns) and nothing happened and well when we ride together we tend to ride a bit crazy and yet I have never rolled mine he rolled his once but blames himself for it. I think it is BS and yes it seems like anyone can sue anyone for anything now a days...
