the mini talon is a prttey good cart, I think you would be better off with a kinroad 70, 110 or a carter eclipe II. they will pull the boys very good and are better for any sloping terrain or off road

the newer kinroads have the fan wired to come on when the key is turned on so thats ok. sounds like the hoses are hooked up right

the fan comes on when the temp gets high enough. is the fan coming on at all

the first one sounds like the cam chain tensioner, the secound one is part of the emmisons. just leave it like it is. it sucks in air and dumps it into the exhaust

the silver pipe is an oil line, it feeds oil from the bottom end up to the rocker arms. the pics are to dark for me to see, but the only thing that I can think of that has a spring and o-ring is the filter/drain on the side of the case near the water pump
