Our last outing with our hot rod 115cc Dazon 90+ Raiders was going great till, smoke started pouring out the engine case breather! Last time this happened both engines needed new pistons. To my surprise the engines started again and ran well? Well sort-of one of our buggies now had a clutch issue. Higher RPM's were needed to move the machine. Today I pulled the engine apart and found a TOASTED clutch. This would explain the smoke as the clutch is bathed in the same engine oil and part of the same crank case breather. The pictures show a destroyed clutch. A new clutch was ordered from Hondatrailbikes.com.

yep thats toast. we put a few clutches in the smaller atv's. mainly the automatic ones.
