IF there would be only one item of all.It would be service manuals.INFO such as torque specs simple carb adjustments and timing valve lash adjustment. As lets face it how many have a real service manual.I did have and wouldve been more than happy to have shared it. IF only my neighbor hadnt felt the need to steal my damned 1 gig flashdrive it and many other items were all on and now cant be replaced. The manual but not all the photos etc.Go figure when here Im trying to be a real nice guy as usual and help this jerk to get online! Thats how he thanks me? So I really needed and lacked anything for real info other than what my memory saved off.The one on my shoulders! And so my buggy came alive last nite! And running kawasaki valve keepers on the exhuast valve no less! As I had to remove those springs as they were not reverse coil to each other. And if anyone needs to know. Its not in the opposite twist at all.Its at one end of the spring.Youd see the coils slightly tighter or more close together. And the great guy at the honda dealership here was a godsend! Very very knowledgable! And willing to help! Theres a biggie and I needed help and this guy or young man very young.Which made me respect him alot more! He wasnt full of himself. But knew ahell of alot for any age much less his age.I told him that and thanked him for going the extra mile! And the guy was greatful to hear that!So if anyone ever looses LOL like who wouldnt? Even this guy said hey it happens all the time. When theres springs and small objects ready for take off.Whats the shock factor in that? Im happy to say the exhuast Id built from scratch using supertrapp tunnable discs.Sounds GREAT! The buggys balls dropped! Now its voice is much deeper. Rolling Eyes

From what I could find its 15 to 16 ft-lbs and which should be done both in a diagnol manner. And working your way up to that number and not all at once.Take it up in about four gradual steps. While working up and across over and so on.Till shes all snugged up tight.I did it so well the valve lash was still fine! However I found out why its fired right up to then as fast die! Isnt the new carb not being properly jetted or the settings for idle and air/fuel in the pilot. Those with a mikuni flatslide. Two turns out up at the slide little knob.Thats the idle setting and the brass screw looking thing below and to the other side.Is basicly an air screw jet very much like a walbro carb runs on weedwhackers to chainsaws and go-peds.This is for the low end circuit.I ended up taking my mig welders tip files.Which so happen to work perfectly.IF you take your time.IF not your going to ether bend or run one through your finger! I then matched jet for jet to the stock carb as a good starting point. Then opening more for all the mods added for much incresed air flow.A word of advise for anyone who owns a serious temper like mine.Just cut that big plug cap off before you tear yours off like I had. When my coil wasnt long for this world as it turned out anyways! Thats the reason its dying when the sparks all over the place as in non consistant.Unless I got real lucky and its in the spark plug? Today I find out. Stay tunned for those who are very very bored.
