November, 2006 Columbia [ParCar Corp.] Purchases Utility Vehicle Product Line
New options, accessories and intellectual property fit company’s growth strategy |
Here are some key points of the press release:
“While Columbia’s plans do not include the continuation of the current product line, we now have
several components and accessories that will find their way into our own product offering,” said
Scott Breckley, Columbia’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In addition to moving the newly acquired assets to their Wisconsin-based operations, Columbia
is pursuing an arrangement to support current Yerf-Dog utility vehicle owners with on-going
access to service parts. Yerf-Dog utility vehicle owners can contact 888.926.6554 if parts or
technical support is needed.
I'm not sure that the Buggies are a part of this acquisition, nor do I know if Columbia ParCorp is going to do anything with the SpiderBox Product Line.
I thought this was interesting. I was under the impression that the entire FF Acquistion Company went bankrupt.
I've contacted the company and have yet to hear from them. _________________ Chris Dierkens
