I am new to the forum and i am trying to figure out what the go karts are called that are used at go kart tracks such as fun spot and places like that and if anybody know of a place where i could get my hands on a used one, any help would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by a go cart track? Do you mean were they race. Also for fun spots do you mean offroad trails.If you are looking for an offroad buggy I would look at Hammerhead, Joyner, or Carter.Any of these buggys would be good. I do not know were you can buy used dune buggys.

When i say fun spot it is a company where you go to and you buy a certain amount of tickets and you get to race your friends etc, im not talking about shifter carts im talking about regular go karts with the bumpers and stuff like that

Like a concession kart. I have seen them for sale on eBay and locally here in NJ. Sometimes the boardwalk kart tracks sell off their karts. I have seen them sell for 200.00 to 1000.00 they usually come with a 5HP engine. I will look locally as the season is approaching and new karts are probably being purchased by the boardwalk vendors.
