i said i was "just curious". it seems like it perform's better W/O the CV carb on there. and it didnt look that hard to install, just difficult to tune. its either that or the 4 valve head! _________________ '04 Manco 906c
These mods are what I have done to my buggy and my buggy will now do 45 mph. It will do 0-30 in a little under 8 seconds and the 200 yard dash in 13.2 seconds. Stay tuned because I will be adding to this thread. Coming soon: iCat Ignition Spark Enhancer. I am also investigating new shocks.
I have no doubt your acceleration is better after all of your mods... What was the top end speed before the mods? Did you change any gearing?
I don't think the top speed changed. I didn't change any of the gearing. I experimented with a 32 tooth axle gear and it didn't change anything on the top end. Maybe if I accerated over a 1 mile stretch, I would have seen a difference but all it did was kill my bottom end. I quickly went back to the 39 tooth. _________________ Twister modded 150

John, I did not see any ignition mods, like some kind of performance cdi,or hotter fireing plug. Any thoughts or suggestions on that?
