hey mulieman, I see that you have banshee and ds 650 shocks did they bolt right up or did you have to make some mods? how is the ride?

Sorry for the late response, been real busy.
I had to do some mods to get them to fit. Not real difficult though.

Blaster shocks: had to grind the shock mount dowels thin enough to fit into the Dune mounts and slightly bend the Dune mounts wide enough for the shocks to fit in(channel locks worked fine for bending). All rear mounts had to be bent slightly.

DS650's: had to dremel out the profile of the top Dune mounts in front of buggy for clearance because the DS650 shocks are wider at the top than stock and won't go in otherwise. After getting one side dremeled out I took a piece paper and traced the outline of the modded mount and sharpied the new outline onto the other side so dremeling was faster with less guesswork.

Thanks for the how-to! looks like i may by one of these buggies(or the crossfireR) It's good to know there are some mods you can do yourself.

There's tons of things to do to these buggies and several other guys on this board with crap load of know how for the Dune 150.(and other buggies)
Just do enough searches and you'll find almost anything you need.
P.S. I tried to add an attachment from a buggy jump I did with the Dune but it didn't work. It was just a small jump because I didn't want to knock my guns off the gun racks, lol.
I'll keep trying to add it.
