With my budget, that looks like what I am going to get.

Any info on this cart?

Not a bad looking buggy. If I'm not mistaken It kinda looks like the Carter FX 150, which Is a good buggy. Never really heard of A.C.E. Maxxum, But I am a newbie too, I did alot of research though. I too was on a budget when looking for a buggy, I wanted a 250 but the prices for a good 250 are just crazy. So I opted for a Blade 150DX from familygokarts. I put it on Lay A Way, better for the budget, maybe this is an idea for you. I got a good cart coming and I have 6 months to pay it off. I put 1000 down so 1500 to go. should have it in March. Long wait but i think it will be worth it.

You just need to do your homework. I paid less than that for my 250. From a local distributor and it was put together and had 24 month warranty. I had found three at less than 2000.00 and went with the one I did because I liked the dealer. Look around there are 250s for that price or better.

I am not sure how to find a local distibutor. I did a yellowpages.com and google.com search with go kart and my state ( virginia ) and came up with zip.

most brick and mortor places dont have a web site. Look in the local papers in larger citys in the classified. In AZ the cycle trader is chock full of distributors. In the Phoenix area there must be 20 that I know of. There might not be as many where you are at but i cant believe there are none. Also you can go to the big buggy sites (TJ,Joyner,Sunl, Roketa etc) and look for dealers in your area.

for 100 bucks more than that NT buggy, I got a hammerhead GT. Beat it to death without any issues too.

Are those NT buggy's the same as the hammerhead?
DO they have the GY6 in them?
