So they would have worked

They were close. The eBay rims were 4/100mm and Yerf hubs are 4/110mm. I'd still get the exact fit rims--this is one place you DON'T want anything wiggling loose Wink

So, hopefully I've got this straight.

I may just get the tires and have my stock Dog Rims powdercoated. My brother can do the coating if I can't find a cheap place to do it around here in Connecticut.

These tires should fit the stock Yerf-Dog Rims, right?
How much should I offer for these tires?
These are the same tires that guy48065 put on the buggy that I now own. I like them a lot.

I'd like to get a Tire Wheel Combo but in the end this may be the way to go.

Thanks,

Chris

Chris I hate to keep pissin on your parade Shocked but you should really slow down and read everything you can find about the mods you want to try. Search here and also the yerfer.net forum:
http://www.yerfer.net/forums/index.php?

The 22.11.8 Mudlite fits the Yerf steel rim fine but will rub your frame as shown in the picture. Some tires don't have this problem but the Mudlite is pretty fat in the sidewall. You can buy wheel spacers and keep the stock rims but spacers cost as much as new rims. Get a set of 8x8 or 10x8 Douglas Red Label with a 5+3" offset and you'll never rub, can even use chains, and will be a bit more stable due to the extra 2" width in back.

You are the man.

You have saved me so much time and money, sometimes I think that I should have paid you extra for the pleasure of buying your old buggy.

Okay, let's not get carried away. I'll buy you a beer or two if we ever get the pleasure of meeting in person.

So what I'm looking for is a set of Douglas Red Label with a 5+3" offset 4/110 and a set of ITP Mudlites 22x11x8.

I'm on the prowl.

I purchased a set of Yamaha shocks for the rear.

Now I'll look for these...

Thanks again.

Like the PGA Tour Pros, "You guys are good"
