I went to four different pepboys here in San Diego and yea it is a misprint. They have flyers pasted all over their registers so it is very unlikely that they'll give it to you for that price.

Hmmm, isn't there a state or federal law that all advertised prices must be honored? If not, at least I don't feel like I paid $800 too much for mone 4 months ago

If they have to they will get a "letter of correction" from the printer saying that they (the printer) made the error and that will let them off the hook. Happens all the time. If you sent add copy to the newspaper advertising your car for 8k and they printed 800, you wouldn't have to sell your car for 800, the error wasn't yours. On the other hand it they sent the 1100 dollar price to the printer and the error was Pep Boys' then they might have to sell them for that.
