The Phoenix - Motorcycle section of Craigslist has a Baja Dune 150 for $500. The seller says it needs a belt. What the heck. They might still have it. Here is a link

As far as I know it is. The Baja Dune 150 and other Baja products are sold by BajaMotorSports here in Tempe, AZ and the same guy that created the Yerf Dog, Mr. Godfrey, designed the Dune 150.

That woudl explain why they are set up in such a similar way... though many improvements were made.
