HAS ANYONE PORTED AND POLISHED THERE 150CC BUGGY. I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS DONE NUMEROUS BIKES AND WOULD BE WILLING TO DO MY TALON, BUT HE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF RESULTS PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN AND ROUGHLY HOW MUCH THEY HAD TO DO. HE IS GOING TO MILL THE HEAD ALSO AND AGAIN WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH.
I didn't have the p&p done, but I did take .035" off the head. _________________ Custom Buggy http://www.buggynews.com/topic13417.html

Yes, the compression ratio changes when you shave the head. I just don't know by how much. _________________ Custom Buggy http://www.buggynews.com/topic13417.html

We are running around 9:1 stock, and raising it to about 10:1 or a little more from folks that have run the test. There is a point where raising the compression further doesn't help performance anymore.
Do a search for Kell's posts on the matter. He had tried pushing it further with no gain in performance.
