I don't think I would only use three rollers. This may cause some problems. Possibly uneven rollout. I am going to mess around with 3 of one weight and 3 of another. One of those links show you how to graph your results to find the sweet spot. _________________ Blade 250XT Mods Twister 150 Mods
i notice that the it said to trim the spacer 1/16 in the variator for better top speed, has anyone tried that yet? i like to know how much top speed are we talking about, also what would that do to the low end torque?
Nevermind, I found it in the third link. That is very interesting. You would have to be careful not to cut too much off. They say 1/16". That might actually give you a couple more mile and hour. It would be like one more gear. I also wonder if anyone has experimented with this? You might actually lose a little off the low end due to the belt starting higher up on the pulley. _________________ Blade 250XT Mods Twister 150 Mods

You most likely have 13 grammers in there. You can do just weights, yes. You will notice more low end acceleration and climbing ability. _________________ Blade 250XT Mods Twister 150 Mods
