What do they mean by drilling out your stock exhaust?Exactly what part is drilled and what advantages would this have if any?I'm doing my mods this weekend to my 150 this weekend 10 gram rollers,1500 rpm clutch spring, uni intake and jets so is this something I should consider?Don't have the money to by a nice exhaust for a few weeks.

i think it helps for a better exhaust flow out. i'm not sure about your stock exhaust some are better then others.my buggy exhaust is not the best and it was really restricted when i got it with the stock air box and muffler it only had a 105 main jet in it.
some like to gut them but i wanted to keep the noise down and still have some good back pressure for bottom end.
here is what i did to mine, got a 3/8's 12'' long drill bit from tractor supply. the holes mark with red X stops there, the other 4 holes dodge the crap in the muffler. the long bit lets you get through both the plates holding the stuff in the muffler.
mine has a nice sound to it and seems to flow good.
thats how i drilled mine out .

yes drill the holes, if you look at the picture you will see the U shape part of the baffle or what ever they call it. thats why stop there and went between that stuff.
that way you can get all the way through the inside of muffler.
hope that makes better since to you Smile
you can feel exhaust coming out of all the holes good.

Looks like all your tires are mounted backwards, don't
know if that makes a differance or not, with wearing
them out . Nice looking buggy, hope you have alot of
fun in it.

You should really flip those tires around, it will make a big difference in traction and steering.

Your daughter (assuming) looks like she is really loving the new buggy as well. Enjoy your new toy!!!
Have fun and be safe

When I flipped the rear Joyner 650 tires the other way, they seemed to do better in sand. Was it my imagination or was I just getting used to conditions?

By no means do I claim to be a professional, but most of the stock front tires for these buggy are a directional tire, meaning they were designed to only go one way. In this case you really should have them the correct way for both traction/steering and wear purposes. However the rear tires can vary. Most are multi directional tires in which you can use them either way...so yes you may of actually seen a difference when you flipped them.

FILO - I would flip both the front and rear around. The fronts will definitly show an improvement, you will have to see how the rears feel.
