I recently bought a 2008 Joyner 650 SS. I drove it for less then an hour and the shaft twisted off. Only on one side but identical to the above picture.

The dealer had no issue fixing it and with the new one I have put in a whole wummer of hard driving and it is fine so I am wondering if it is a material issue or a quality control issue?

I have had that happen 2 times. ALso the engine block developed a crack the first time I took it out. I tried to get that covered under warranyt but they wouldn't cover it although it was within the first week. Those guys over there are terrible. Dont buy Joyner

I own a 08 sandspider, my shaft broke in the first twenty minutes of hard riding my buggy. Previous riding was just putting around. If any one has found a hardend output shaft please let me know. Also i will be tearing into the diff to get the broke one out, if any one has any tips or a written procedure or overview to R&R please share with me.
