Maybe I'm expecting too much but all my toys that have aftermarket intake and exhaust and fuel modifications have always shown a vast improvement....any thoughts ????

The only thing I thought a little out of place in you original post was the 13g rollers. These are pretty light for a 250 motor.

Heavier rollers (17-21g range) or sliders would give you your top end back and still allow you plenty of low.

On the other hand, with the 13g ones you have now, you should be able to climb walls! Very Happy

did you get a main spring and clutch springs? the jetting helps alot also, have you checked the color of the plug?

I have those 13 grams in my 250. yes it will climb a wall Very Happy

also have a set of 11 gram rollers I want to try, with a race variator with longer ramps

Thanks for the replies guys.......dustbuggy, i'm gonna try an assortment of roller weights to see what suits my riding. BigE ....I did get the torque spring and the clutch springs ...gonna try a few mods at a time just to have a comparison from stock potential to modded potential. Thanks for the heads up on the jets...that's pretty small stamping....I've got old eyes too that didn't help. I did have the 125 jet in my mistake and when I put in the 130 a vast improvement was felt.......Thanks again for all the help with getting my buggy modded. More pic's of the final look to come.....Alex

I would get the main spring in and start truing clutch springs. when you get that the way you like it then you can play with the rollers.

hats what I did, I tried two diff. main springs, put in each set of clutch springs before I decided on which ones I liked the best. then I played with the rollers, ended up changing clutch springs again but finally got the right combo
