... or yourself if it is hot! Add a air tank to push the fluid instead of a pump and you'll have the original VW design on your buggy. For those of you not familiar with the VW Bug windshield washer - It used air from your spare tire in the front trunk to pressurize the washer fluid bottle. If you used your washer too often your spare would be flat. _________________ 08 Joyner SandViper 250

I was thinking in terms of making the buggy roadworthy in order to be liscened by the governing DMV.
I'd really like to see these/our buggys tagged and on the road. I would definetly drive one to work and on local errands. I live 6.5 miles from where I work and the maximum speed limit anywhere between my house and my office is 45mph, so a 250cc buggy should have enough speed and power to handle that. The only hurdle to cross now is buying one ready to tag.
BIGE, any thoughts on that? _________________ DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT!!!!!!!!!

It all depends on your local laws. BIGE and I have been trying for months to tag ours with no luck here in GA. You can tag them in AZ and a few other Awesome states. Our problem is they put "For Off Road Use Only" on the MSO and or title. If that wasn't on there we could tag them. _________________ Riding Dirty Team

Get your manufacturer to change the MSO. You may want to suggest to them that they put the classification for a Low or Medium Speed Vehicle on there. It's codified in the Federal Register and therefore may be in your state as well.
Michigan and Tennessee recently passed or are trying to pass legislation in this same vein. _________________ Chris Dierkens

I'm very suprised that everything has been delayed this long. I will call tomorrow for an update as they are closed today. _________________ Darren,
