Well I broke the sway bar this weekend and wanted to know if it is important to have it replaced. The way I see it, the bar restricts the movement of the rear end. The suspension can work more independently without the bar. I could see the benefit of having it on a flat track where you want to limit body roll, but on rough terrain it should ride better, right? _________________ Riding Dirty Team
i think i remember some one else asking the same thing
imo it might be easier to roll but if it rides better well then compromise if your going to take it of make sure that its not going to put stress on any thing to the point it will break _________________ 06 joyner 250 sand viper, red metallic..blue clutch spring 17 gram sliders
It will run fine without it. On a car you can remove your front sway bar for better weight transfer for straight line traction but in the twisties it will handle like a shopping cart with 1 bad wheel. So yes you should be fine. _________________ Darren,
