This GTR will be the death of me yet. Finally had a chance to take the family camping at the end of summer and get seom use out of the 1200 bucks I had to dump into the buggy for repairs back in April--yeah don't get out much but for how much I have into the thing you'd think you could get more than one ride out of it before it craps out.

Day one--three miles out--craps out---everyone else goes and has fun we tow back---clogged fuel filter---fixed it but we missed the ride out to HAt Creek Rim here in northern Cali. Did a short ride and it ran good--about an hours worth. Next day we headed out to do a little geo cashing and it's running like crap--under powered and no speed. Do about 40 miles but not running good at all.

We get back to camp and I washrd it down with a hose---that's it baby---she hasn't run since. I have fuel, good spark and using some stating fliud but it hasn't fired once--not even a hiccup.

I'm outta guesses--any help would be appreciated. Get this thing going again and I'm getting a razor---the heck with this chines crap.

was the engine at operating temp when you hosed it off? check the compression and see how much it has.also remove the plug from the cdi, if it has water in it it might have the timing advanced to much.
