I understand that the 2006 gk-32s have the high range trannies along with weak axles. I was wondering exactly when they were fixed, from a factory production perspective? Was it all year 2007s or did they change them during model year production? What should I look for? In addition, I know the Joyners had locked diffs on some years that caused an unpleasant situation with the output shafts in the trannies under trial riding situations, but went to an open diff later. Is this the case with Roketa and if so, was it resolved with the other issues. I have a gk-06 and understand that these guys need some TLC, but I would like to eliminate any extraneous TLC that I can. Thanks in advance for any help. _________________ I took the restrictor plate off the Red Dragon to give her a little more juice but it's not exactly street legal, so keep it on the down low....
They changed the trany's in early 07'
Roketa's never hade a lock diff in the 800's.
If you buy one dont put your wrenches too far away in you garage, you will still need them now and then.
